After you place your order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledgement. Our phone, email addresses are available in the contact us section of website. We will start processing your order immediately. By placing an order on omelectronics.in, you agree that you are buying for your business needs.

Order Delivery times
We deliver products only 50km around in Chennai. If material is in stock or readily available, we dispatch within 12hours. If order times exceed what we have committed to, we will contact you to determine if you want to execute the order with the new delivery time.
Goods and Service Tax
We invoice all transactions and charge all taxes as per regulation.
Our sale products all are inclusive of GST.
Payment Methods
we accept payments via Instamojo / Payu gateway. Cash on Delivery available around 50km in Chennai.
Cancellations:
Cancellation by the Customer:
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us at 9840454293. We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.
If you cancel your order before your product dispatched, we will refund minus 3.5% in total amount (adjusted towards pay u gateway payment charges) in case of pre-paid order.
Returns:
If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at sales@omelectronics.in or contact at 98404 54293 within 2 days from the date of receiving the products.
Bank Refund – We refund the amount minus 5% in total amount (adjusted towards shipping & pay u gateway payment charges) in your bank account within 7 working days.
If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand. Refund process (if customer requests for refund) will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
In both the cases, omelectronics.in will arrange a pick-up from your place. Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund amount within 7 days. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will send the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receiving of the return package from you.

Your use of LuminousEshop {including www.omelectronics.in (hereinafter referred to as “Website”),App and related sites, services and tools} is governed by the following terms and conditions as applicable to the Website. www.omelectronics.in provides its services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement (the “Agreement”).
omelectronics.in is a project owned and managed by OM ELECTRONICS & BATTERIES PVT LTD, a company with registered office at #49,Justice Rathnavel Pandian Road, Golden George Nagar, Chennai – 600107.
By using the Site in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you (the “user” or “you”) agree to be bound by this Agreement, including those additional terms and conditions, rules, policies, guidelines referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. This Agreement applies to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are vendors, customers, merchants, contributors of content, information and other materials or services on the Site.
‘You’ shall also mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of the Website by providing Registration Data(as defined hereinafter) while registering on the Website as Registered User using the computer systems of the Website and accepted this electronic version/ electronic record of the User Agreement.
Amendments:
LuminousEshop may amend this User Agreement and/or LuminousEshop Rules and Policies at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. If LuminousEshop makes a material change LuminousEshop will notify You here, by email, by means of a notice on our home page, or other places LuminousEshop deems appropriate. What constitutes a “material change” will be determined at LuminousEshop’s sole discretion, in good faith, and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
- Membership Eligibility
Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Website.
Age: If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a member of the Website and shall not sell or purchase any items on the Website. As a minor if you wish to purchase or sell an item on the Website, your legal guardian or parents who have registered as users of the Website may make such purchase or sale.LuminousEshop reserves the right to terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Website if it is brought to LuminousEshop’s notice or if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years.
LuminousEshop may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer access to or use of the Site to any person and change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Site is revoked in such jurisdictions.
- Registration Compliance and Your Account
Obligations
- You agree to provide, maintain and update the data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by LuminousEshop’s registration form,profile generation and shop set-up.
- You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. In addition, you must abide by OM Electronics policies as stated in the Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference, and LuminousEshop may update each of which from time to time without notice to you.
Password:
Keep your password secure. You are fully responsible for all activity, liability and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality. You agree to immediately notify LuminousEshop of any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security. You also agree that LuminousEshop cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure.
Account Transfer:
You may not transfer or sell your LuminousEshop account and User ID to another party.
Right to Refuse Service: OM Electronics services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended LuminousEshop members. OM Electronics reserves the right, in LuminousEshop’s sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. LuminousEshop reserves the right to refuse any of its service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
- Electronic Communications
When You use the Website or send emails or other data, information or communication to LuminousEshop, You agree and understand that You are communicating with LuminousEshop through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from LuminousEshop periodically and as and when required. LuminousEshop will communicate with You by email or electronic records on the LuminousEshop Website which will be deemed adequate service of notice / electronic record.
- OM Electronics is a Platform.
LuminousEshop acts as a platform to allow users who comply with LuminousEshop’s policies to sell,buy and swap pre-owned high-end luxury goods. The Website is only a platform through which Users can reach a larger base to buy and sell items. OM Electronics is not directly involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers unless the user opts for any of the value added services (hyperlink) offered by OM Electronics. As a result, LuminousEshop has no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the items listed,the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. LuminousEshop does not pre-screen users or the content or information provided by users. LuminousEshop cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. LuminousEshop is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of items which are out of stock, back ordered or otherwise unavailable. All items offered by sellers are only for a restricted time and only for the available supply as offered by sellers.
Consequently, OM Electronics does not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer.
LuminousEshop does not make any representation or Warranty as to the attributes(such as functionality, quality, authenticity, worth, marketability, etc.) of the items proposed to be sold or offered to be sold or purchased on the Website, Apps or Stores. The products listed on OM Electronics are in “As is” condition and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is in satifcatory condition before he/she decides to make the purchase. OM Electronics does not entertain any repairs/services.
OM Electronics shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between Users.
OM Electronics cannot guarantee the true identity, age, and nationality of a User. LuminousEshop does not make any representation or warranty as to the attributes(such as legal title, creditworthiness, true identity, age, nationality etc.) of any of its Users. You are advised to independently verify the bona-fides of any particular User that you choose to deal with on the Website and use your best judgement in that behalf.
You agree that LuminousEshop is a platform and as such is not responsible or liable for any content, for example, data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, photographs, profiles, audio, video, items, and links posted by you, other users, or outside parties on LuminousEshop. You use the LuminousEshop Direct mode at your own risk.
